It’s not all about pressure. In fact, we use low pressure for most all our residential cleaning.  There are many factors in achieving sparkling clean results.  We will personally inspect your property to evaluate how we may best serve you.  Pressure washing means that we have a mobile pressure washer but it’s only one tool that we use to clean a variety of surfaces.  We use specialized applicators for applying accurate amounts of cleaners to water mixtures.  Several different soft brushes that we use to brush and scrub clean prior to low pressure washing and rising.  High reach extension poles and washing wands enables our crews to stay on the ground for safer pressure washing techniques.

Ø Pre-wet surfaces and surrounding areas to avoid adverse effects.

Ø Direct application spray on cleaners.  We don’t dilute by down streaming our cleaners wasting your money.

Ø Bottom to top, to avoid clean steaks.

Ø Soft brush agitation to loosen dirt and grime.  It’s back breaking work but it produces the best results.

Ø Top to bottom using low pressure washing rinse.  This ensures a clean surface no hopscotching around.

Ø We encourage our customers to inspect our work before we put our equipment away. We want your approval on a job well done or maybe redo a spot for your satisfaction.
