use high pressure blasting rather we prefer low pressure cleaning
techniques.
It’s not all about pressure. In fact, we use low pressure for most of all our residential cleaning. There are many factors in achieving sparkling clean results. We will personally inspect your property to evaluate how we may best serve you. Pressure washing means that we have a mobile pressure washer but it’s only one tool that we use to clean a variety of surfaces. We use specialized applicators for applying accurate amounts of cleaners to water mixtures. Several different soft brushes that we use to brush and scrub clean, prior to low pressure washing & rising. High reach extension poles and washing wands enables our crews to stay on the ground for safer pressure washing techniques.

Scheduled appointment: We try to meet your availability and schedule a time that will work best for you to discuss your deck and fence cleaning, staining and sealing needs. We will show up on time every time. We will try to schedule the pressure washing work to be completed prior to important events that you may have planned.

Ø Direct application spray on cleaners. We don’t dilute by down streaming our cleaners wasting your money.
Ø Bottom to top, to avoid clean steaks.
Ø We use flat surface cleaning equipment which consistantly cleans without producing striping or damage
Ø We use a variety of low pressure washing spray tips to clean without fuzzing the wood grain.
Ø We cover and protect your property by using plastic sheeting, drop cloths and tarps.
Ø Toners, semi-transparent or soild stain/sealer are applied according to manufacturer recommendations.
Ø Wet weather can be an issue. Rest assured that we will not compromise by taking shortcuts.
